Women & youth prioritization
Economic empowerment is designed into our programs: skills training, entrepreneurship support, and roles in operations that create income and agency for women and young people.
Job creation
We hire locally and build locally. Each new site supports construction, operations, and customer-facing jobs that stay in the community — hundreds per cluster at full scale.
Climate and community
Every minigrid displaces diesel, improves indoor air quality, and frees household spending for education, health, and productive use. Impact is not a side effect; it is the business.
